    This Valentine’s Day, come celebrate trans love, trans joy, and trans brilliance. Show Me Love is a free community gathering honoring trans artists through film, food, portraits, arts activation, and connection. All guests are invited to have their portrait taken, explore our “Where Are Our Bronx Transgender People of Color Who Are Artists and Out” gallery, enjoy hors d’oeuvres, and gather in a space rooted in affirmation and celebration. The evening also features film screenings by trans filmmakers, creating space to witness, uplift, and love our community out loud and together! We’ll end the night dancing!

    Co-thought by Charles Rice-Gonzalez and Paloma McGregor, Olamina Project: The Gathering is a day-long convening for artists, organizers, and community members to come together in a time of social and political uncertainty and take action. Rooted in collective care, shared learning, and embodied practice, the gathering weaves facilitated dialogue, movement, teach-ins, and reflection to help participants resource themselves and one another. Through story circles, workshops, and informal connection, Olamina Project creates space to pause, ground, and build collective strategies—honoring the wisdom we carry, the lineages that raised us, and the actions, big and small, that help us move forward together.

    Hoping to stay in the country, a gay man proposes a green card marriage to a female friend in exchange for paying for her IVF treatment. However, things soon get complicated when his grandmother surprises them with plans for an extravagant Korean wedding banquet.
